- Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand. XS: 6.5 inch, S: 7 inch, M: 7.5 inch, L: 8.0 inch, XL: 8.5 inch, 2XL: 8.5 inch, 3XL: 9.5 inch. Recommended to increase hand size by 0.3 inch
